Narrative
ENTERPRISE, NV – A cyclist was rushed to the hospital following a collision in southeast Enterprise on Tuesday afternoon.
Metro police promptly responded to a collision report near the intersection of West Pyle Avenue and Arville Street, close to Decatur Boulevard shortly before 4 p.m.
Investigations revealed evidence indicating that the bicyclist failed to stop at a stop sign and entered the intersection simultaneously with the Toyota, causing the two to collide.
Emergency responders transported the 22-year-old bicyclist to Sunrise Hospital’s Trauma Unit, where they are currently undergoing treatment for life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Toyota remained at the scene and displayed no apparent signs of impairment.
