Narrative
HENDERSON, NV – A motorcyclist died Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision along the interstate in Henderson.
The incident occurred shortly before 1 p.m. on the northbound side of I-11 near Railroad Pass. This is north of Desert Hills Shooting Club and southeast of Mission Hills Park.
Police haven’t shared any details about the cause or circumstances of the accident except to say it involved an 18-wheeler and a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Authorities have not yet released his identity to the public.
No other injuries have been referenced in connection to the wreck.
Officials closed the northbound side of the interstate between the Railroad Pass Exit 15A on-ramp and Wagon Wheel Drive while crews worked at the scene.
