Narrative
RENO, NV – A two-vehicle crash involving a passenger car and a motorcycle killed one person early Friday evening in northwest Reno.
The incident happened around 5:36 p.m. in the area of US-39 and White Lake Parkway, which is just east of the border between Nevada and California.
Police have not shared any details about the cause of the accident, which involved a motorcycle and a car.
One person died from injuries sustained in the accident. Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
Officials closed the roadways in the area of the crash for multiple hours while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
